Policy

To ensure the highest level of service for all guests, we kindly request 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of their scheduled services to the card on file.

Cancellations or no shows within 24hrs will be charged 100% of their scheduled services to the card on file.

Cancellation fees are not applied toward future services. We understand that emergencies arise and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
